Welcome to PicTalk. By using the app, you agree to these terms. The app does not provide its own account system, does not show ads, does not sell personal information, and does not use your data to track you across apps or websites.
The Service
The app provides English learning features such as taking or selecting images, AI image recognition, English dialogue generation, Chinese translation, word favorites, learning records, iCloud sync, and membership subscriptions. Generated content is for learning and everyday reference only. It is not professional advice and may not always be accurate.
Camera, Photos, and AI Generation
When you use the camera, photo picker, or photo inspiration features, the app may access your camera or photo library after you grant permission. These permissions are used only to take, select, preview, or display images for learning. The app does not read or upload your entire photo library.
When you confirm dialogue generation, the selected image is compressed and used for cloud recognition and generation to create English dialogues, Chinese translations, and learning content. Please avoid uploading identity documents, bank cards, precise addresses, sensitive information about minors, or anything you do not want processed.
Local Data
Content and preferences you create in the app are stored on your device. This may include dialogue scenes, scene images, favorites, learning level, deep-thinking settings, generation counts, username, avatar, and cached subscription status. This data is used to keep the app working, preserve learning records, and determine feature access.
iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud sync and have the required membership access, the app may sync your dialogues, images, favorites, deletion records, preferences, and profile information through Apple iCloud, CloudKit, or iCloud Key-Value Store. iCloud sync is provided through Apple's account system, and you can disable related sync features in the app or system settings.
Purchases and Subscriptions
The app may offer free features and member features. Member features may be unlocked through a monthly or yearly subscription. Actual prices, currency, trials, offers, and taxes are shown on the App Store purchase sheet.
Subscriptions are auto-renewable through Apple unless cancelled under Apple's rules before the end of the current billing period. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. The app reads and locally caches the purchase status, product ID, and expiration date needed for feature access; we do not directly receive your full payment details.
Data Sharing and Deletion
Except for the Apple system services, iCloud services, App Store purchase processing, and AI generation services needed for the features above, we do not actively share your personal information.
Local data generally remains on your device until you delete related content in the app, uninstall the app, or clear data through the system. If iCloud sync is enabled, deletion records may be synced to your iCloud account to keep your devices consistent.
Use Restrictions
You may not use the app to process illegal, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, sexual, violent, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful content. Images, text, and profile information you upload or select must be legally owned by you or used with proper rights.
Intellectual Property and Liability
The app interface, graphics, code, name, and built-in content are owned by the developer or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or otherwise misuse the app without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, or other consequences arising from use of or inability to use the app, reliance on AI-generated content, network issues, third-party service issues, or data sync delays.
Updates
We may update these terms when features or compliance needs change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Welcome to YiKe. By using the app, you agree to these terms. The app does not provide a separate account system, does not show ads, does not sell personal information, and does not use your journal content to track you across apps or websites.
The Service
The app provides private journaling, mixed text and list entries, photos, Live Photos, videos, audio recordings, tags, search, review, local backups, iCloud Sync, widgets, Face ID privacy protection, and PRO features. Some features may require system permissions, network access, iCloud availability, or a PRO entitlement.
Local Data
YiKe is a local-first journaling app. Your entry text, lists, tags, photos, Live Photos, videos, audio recordings, locations, drafts, trash, avatar, cover image, and preferences are stored on your device or in the App Group container by default so the app and widgets can work properly.
iCloud Sync and Local Backups
If you enable iCloud Sync, YiKe uses Apple CloudKit to save your entries, media files, and necessary sync information to the private iCloud database associated with your Apple Account. iCloud, Apple Accounts, and CloudKit are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
If you manually export a local backup, YiKe creates a `.yikebackup` file that contains your published entries and media files. You decide where to save, share, or delete that file. Please keep it secure.
System Permissions
YiKe asks for system permissions only when needed: Photos access is used to import and export photos and videos; Camera access is used to capture photos and videos; Microphone access is used to record audio or videos with sound; Location access is used to attach your current location to entries or read media location metadata; Face ID is used to cover and unlock your content when you return to the app.
Face ID authentication is handled by the system, and YiKe does not store your biometric information. You can disable permissions in iOS Settings at any time; related features may not work without them.
Purchases and PRO
YiKe may offer free features and PRO features. PRO is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks current and future features included in PRO. Actual prices, currency, offers, taxes, refunds, and payment flow are governed by the App Store purchase sheet and Apple's rules.
Purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit. To confirm purchase status and observe purchase events, YiKe may use RevenueCat to process necessary purchase identifiers, receipt information, and entitlement status. This information does not include your entry text or media content. Restoring purchases requires the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Data Sharing and Deletion
Except for the Apple system services, iCloud, App Store purchase processing, RevenueCat entitlement services, content you choose to share or export, or legal requirements needed for the features above, we do not actively provide your entry content to third parties.
You can delete individual entries, clear records, empty trash, or uninstall the app to remove local data. Exported backup files, data synced to iCloud, and content you share with other apps or people must be managed by you in those places.
Use Restrictions
You retain rights to your own journal content and are responsible for the content you create, import, back up, sync, export, or share. You may not use the app to store, distribute, or share illegal, infringing, harassing, malicious, or otherwise improper content, or to interfere with the app or related services.
Intellectual Property and Liability
The app interface, graphics, code, name, and built-in content are owned by the developer or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or otherwise misuse the app without permission.
YiKe works to keep local storage, backups, and sync reliable, but no service can guarantee that data will never be lost in every circumstance. We recommend exporting local backups as needed and checking your iCloud Sync status. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use the app, data loss, or third-party service issues.
Updates
We may update these terms when features or compliance needs change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
